Payz App Privacy Policy

Ownership and Licensing of Content All text, images, audio, video, and other materials (collectively, "UGC Content") uploaded, posted, or disseminated through the App remain your intellectual property. However, by submitting UGC Content, you irrevocably grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to: • Display, distribute, and promote your UGC Content within the App; • Technically process such content (e.g., compression, transcoding); • Edit, crop, or adapt the content for operational purposes.

Content Guidelines You warrant and covenant that: • You own full legal rights to the UGC Content or have obtained necessary authorizations; • The UGC Content complies with applicable laws and public order, and does not infringe upon others’ privacy, portrait, copyright, or other lawful rights; • No obscene, violent, discriminatory, defamatory, misleading, or otherwise unlawful content shall be posted.

Platform Management Authority We reserve the right to review UGC Content and take immediate action without prior notice if violations occur, including: • Removing, blocking, or restricting access to the content; • Freezing or banning violating accounts; • Reporting potentially criminal activities to authorities.

Liability Assumption You bear sole responsibility for your UGC Content. Any disputes, litigation, or penalties arising from your content must be resolved independently. If damages result to us, you agree to indemnify us.

Coverage of IAP Items The App offers virtual goods or value-added services (collectively, "IAP Items"), including but not limited to membership benefits, virtual items, and credits. Specific offerings and pricing are displayed real-time within the App.

Payment & Refund Policy • IAP transactions are processed via Apple App Store or other official payment channels, with fees deducted by respective platforms; • Unless required by law or platform policies, all IAP purchases are final and non-refundable; • For failed payments due to system errors, contact the corresponding platform’s customer service. For app-specific issues, contact our support team for assistance.

Risk Disclosure Review IAP item details (type, price, functionality) before purchase. Minors should consume responsibly under guardian supervision.

Data Categories To deliver services and optimize performance, we may collect: • Account Information: Mobile number, email, nickname, profile picture, login credentials; • Device Information: Device model, OS version, unique identifiers (e.g., IDFA), IP address; • Usage Data: Browsing history, click behavior, crash logs; • UGC Content: Text, images, audio, video, etc., actively submitted by you.

Purposes of Processing • Providing core services (registration, login, notifications); • Enhancing account security and fraud prevention; • Improving product performance and user experience; • Analyzing user behavior for service optimization.

Sensitive Data Handling If sensitive personal data (e.g., precise location, biometrics) requires processing, we will obtain your explicit consent separately and limit usage to stated purposes. V. Third-Party SDK Integration To enable specific functionalities (e.g., analytics, cloud storage), we may integrate third-party SDKs. All partners undergo strict security vetting, and data collection is restricted to necessity. A detailed list of SDK providers, their data practices, and privacy policies can be found in the App under Settings → Privacy → Third-Party SDK List.

Data Control Rights Via Settings → Privacy & Account, you may: • Access, correct, or delete your personal data; • Request a copy of your data; • Initiate account deletion; • Withdraw previously granted permissions.

Objections & Complaints If you believe our data handling practices are improper, contact our support team. We will investigate and respond in compliance with applicable laws.

Updates to Terms We reserve the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement due to business needs or legal requirements. Significant changes will be prominently notified, and renewed consent may be sought where required.

Terminination You may cease using the App and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if you violate this Agreement.
